Welcome to Apê Brás - Shopping Plaza Polo. Your refuge in the middle of one of the largest shopping centers in the city of São Paulo.

We are Apê Smart Studios and we combine the comfort of a hotel with the cozy atmosphere of an apartment.

This is the newest unit of the Apê group and we are in the "Soft Opening" phase, that is, in the opening process. We already have some rooms available and soon the entire unit will be ready to welcome you.

Located close to the Vautier Premium and Porto Brás Shopping Centers, Apê Megapolo Brás places you within one of the most diverse areas of the city.

We are a condominium and our operation is different from that of a hotel, so we do not offer services such as daily cleaning and/or breakfast. Despite this, we guarantee that the region is richly served by cafes and shopping malls. As for cleaning, we provide basic items and the Studio will always be spotless for your arrival. If necessary, we can change towels and provide extra cleaning services for a fee, scheduled with reception.
