Terms and conditions apê studios

Apê Smart Studios is a seasonal rental management company for furnished residential apartments in residential condominiums. The terms and conditions for accepting temporary residents in our studios are as follows:

1. Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is from 3:00 pm and check-out must be done by 12:00 pm the following day. If you need to check-in before or after the established time, please contact Apê Smart Studios in advance to check availability and possible extra charges.

2. Order and Silence: Apê Smart Studios expects all guests to keep the apartment in order and in reasonable conditions during their stay. In addition, all guests must respect the right to tranquility of other occupants of the building and maintain silence during rest hours.

3. Infectious diseases: If a guest presents symptoms of infectious diseases, Apê Smart Studios reserves the right to refuse entry and accommodation. We ask that, in case of symptoms, guests contact our team as soon as possible to reschedule their reservation.

4. Minors: Apê Smart Studios accepts minors only if they are accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

5. Sending documents: It is mandatory to send documents to confirm the ownership of the tenant of our studios as well as possibly sending a photo to release access by facial recognition.

6. Data Protection: Apê Smart Studios follows the regulations of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and guarantees that all guests' personal data will be kept secure and will not be shared with third parties without their prior authorization.

7. Rental Receipt: At the end of the stay, a rental receipt will be issued to guests to prove the stay and payment for services used.

8. Acceptance of terms and conditions: By making a reservation at Apê Smart Studios, the guest accepts all the terms and conditions of this policy, as well as all other rules and regulations established by Apê Smart Studios.
